We spent this week looking at what people are actually wearing and carrying across nine cities—not just what is appearing on the runway. The mix is quite telling: playful colour in Bangkok, quieter layering in Seoul and Tokyo, polished ease in Madrid and Barcelona, and a more relaxed, practical attitude in Australia and the US. Different cities, but the bags are moving in a similar direction—softer shapes, tactile neutrals and small, deliberate hits of colour.
